Ted, the Sea and Me follows Tilly and her toy turtle, Ted, on an adventure across the ocean. Together, they explore emotions and how to handle them as they constantly change with the tide.

 

Written by Anna Granger, an ASD Specialist Advisor in schools for children with autism and social and emotional difficulties, the book was published in June 2021 and is being used in reception class curriculums as an emotional regulation resource.
